How the refill plan works

Reavora products are sold on a refill plan. The plan you choose (the quantity or bundle you select on the product page) is charged today at the first-order price shown, and then the refill price is charged automatically every 28 days, starting 28 days after your order: for the Lymphatic Drainage Drops, the refill price of the bundle you chose (Buy 1 $49.95 · Buy 2 $69.95 · Buy 3 $89.95); for the $9.95 bundles of Astaxanthin 12mg Softgels, Oil of Oregano Softgels with Black Seed Oil and Aged Garlic Softgels with CoQ10 + K2, the refill price of the bundle you chose (Buy 1 $24.95 · Buy 2 $39.95 · Buy 3 $54.95, plus $15.00 for each unit added past the bundle; an order placed before these refill prices keeps the refill price shown when it was placed); for every other product, $39.99 per bag (Buy 1 $39.99 · Buy 2 $79.99 · Buy 3 $119.99); or the same plan's price in your currency, plus the shipping charge shown at checkout if your order had one, for the same quantity, shipped to the address on your order, until you cancel. Every charge and its date are shown on your order confirmation and each renewal email.

Cancelling your refill plan

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, at no cost. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancel any of these ways:

Email support@reavora.com with the name and email address used at purchase.
Call (646) 663-8180, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Use the form on our Contact page.

We confirm every cancellation by email within 1 business day. Once processed you will not be billed again. Cancellation stops future charges; charges already processed are governed by our Refund Policy (a refill charged before you cancelled is refunded in full if you contact us within 14 days of the charge).

Pausing or changing your plan

Email or call us to skip a delivery, change the quantity, or move your next billing date. Requests made at least 24 hours before the billing date apply to that cycle.
